WE’RE HIRING for position in our Nashville office for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION. Salary based on experience and skills.

Responsible for generating new business through market research, sales leads, and networking. Consistently calling on new clients through outside sales; increasing staffing sales through the generation and development of new client accounts.

Bachelor degree preferred, High School diploma accepted with experience and skills

• proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to use Good Judgment to accomplish sales goals
• Ability to work with effectively in a team orientated environment and independently.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and obtain commitments.
• Excellent communication in all business settings
• Professional business attire required, during regular scheduled hours.
• Personal drive, and internal motivation
